“This was the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced! The only reason we used this site was because EVERYTHING SAID FREE CANCELLATIONS. When we had to cancel (in less than 24 hours) they charged us for a “travel agent fee”. What travel agent??? Supposedly $300 for clicking a button?! It’s very clear to me this company is stealing money. They owe us $300.”

“You were quick, easy, efficient---and lived up to your name. But-- please go back and see what happened to my seat selection, Ccg to jrunearcick and there to jfk. Aisle it is best for me. “HORRIBLE experience. First, they didn't book our bags with airline. So I contacted Chat and was told that they would fix it. Then, a few hours later I got a cancellation from the airline. I contacted support and was told that the airline no longer accepted bookings through a third-party. WHAT?!? So now I'm waiting 7 business days to get my money back and I've booked directly through the airline. Guess what? Booking with the airline directly is cheaper.”

“I was pleased that I was offered the same price for a substitute flight when the one that I originally selected was apparently overbooked. The only thing I didn't like was that the original response that I received from the website made it seem like the reservation was locked in and that I needed only to await the generation of an e-ticket. If I had not thought to check my email again, I would not have noticed that the original reservation was unavailable. I feel like it should be crystal clear that I am not actually reserving a flight, but merely making a request for one when I use your website.”
