“You were quick, easy, efficient---and lived up to your name. But-- please go back and see what happened to my seat selection, Ccg to jrunearcick and there to jfk. Aisle it is best for me. The 72 showed up in the beginning, but it was dropped on my final charges. Thanks. Cliff Hopkins PS I want to go from Lyons to Bodrum Tutkey in Msy or June. Rt , 10 days.”

“I was pleased that I was offered the same price for a substitute flight when the one that I originally selected was apparently overbooked. The only thing I didn't like was that the original response that I received from the website made it seem like the reservation was locked in and that I needed only to await the generation of an e-ticket. If I had not thought to check my email again, I would not have noticed that the original reservation was unavailable. I feel like it should be crystal clear that I am not actually reserving a flight, but merely making a request for one when I use your website.”

“Got quick and effective help with my tickets and also with getting seat assignments. The phone staff member was very helpful. The one thing I would change is to have fewer emails and faster return phone calls, but in the end the assistance was effective.”
