“Although my initial experience didn't go over well, in part to an error I made, the following day I got a call back and an offer to try to make things right. I feel a reasonably fair conclusion has been reached. I also am under the impression the final customer service agent really did listen to me. I had a one character omission in the spelling of my name, I was told it would cost $99 to fix this error. There were "free cancellations" within 24 hrs. Upon trying to cancel (immediately) I was told there was over a $100 feee to cancel. The terms and conditions did say free and then in finer print with a "fee". I had two unacceptable customer service experiences. I get I made a mistake however their advertising of free cancellations was completely untrue.”

“Made it really hard to cancel a refundable ticket (e.g. going to manager for 5-10 minutes at a time) and charged over $200 to do so. My concern was addressed after the fact.”

“I chose to purchase the flight with uplift via plaid alone agency and there were times in the purchase process when I wasn’t quite clear if I had purchased the ticket or I hadn’t because essentially there were three different agencies involved. I did eventually get it confirmed and it was a good price cheaper to do round trip to Europe and back then to go one way each way. Which is not true every time of the year but this is high season so overall I’m happy four out of five Seems right”

“I booked a Flight to Winnipeg Manitoba, unfortunately I did not realize that it was US funds. I needed to cancel. I was speaking to Johnny he was able to arrange where it would be a lot cheaper. I can still go. I get to see my Great grandson.”
