“The fares are amazing and definitely cheaper than other online flight sites!”

“The fares are very cheap. However, it’s a bit of a “bait and switch “. Cheap fares but $75 each way for a carry on bag??? $83 dollars to fly, $150 to bring I small bag!! I’m considering mailing my clothes to my destination to save $120”

“The airfare booking went smoothly, however the car booking did not. I recieved a call that my car rental did not go through. When I spoke with the attendant - first, he sounded like he just woke up, he was not friendly in the slightest, actually, he was quite rude - Just be FRIENDLY. Second, he told me the booking didnt go through becuase it didnt convert the euros to dollars correctly, and the new price for the car was double!! That is not a conversion issue. Then he told me that this was the only offer in germany becuase of a lack of competition: I travel to Germany twice per year, I rent cars often, he was either ignorant or lying, because I have never paid over $30 a day for a car and there are several rental agencies to choose from. As I was speaking with him, I looked up renatls and found several for under $30/day. He then made it difficult to cancel my registration ("i have to run this by my supervisor" what?!?) and told me he would send a confirmation and never did. I had to call Cheapflights back to find out if my resv. was actually canceled. I thought maybe I was scammed.”

“I am assuming becasue it is the 4th of July week the ticket prices are so high. I am flying for a funeral and back home. This frustrates me and then I had to pay for my seats.”
