“I ordered tickets and when I got checked out your website switched my dates to cheaper dates. I called to correct this which he did,but at the end of the conversation I was told it was going to be$350 more. I agreed because he told me that was the difference in flight costs. I then looked at your website and found that to not be true. After much conversation he refunded me the money. I think at the beginning of the conversation I should have been told I could cancel and rebook at no cost.”
