“The main page does not say it is in the United States. I did not see that information until after I paid. I live in Ontario, Canada and I should have gone to a Canadian Airline which would have been probably nearly $100 cheaper with the exchange rate at the moment. When you advertise you should state that you are in the US on your beginning page.”

“I accidentally booked a flight online to San Jose California, instead of San Jose Costa Rica and did not realize until a month before the trip. They were extremely helpful as I was freaking out. They were able to get me flights only losing about 400.00 and a delta credit for 1000.00. I was very grateful as it was my dumb mistake. I just had to pay for new flights upfront but I did get a flight credit for delta.”

“Was excellent, I place my daughter's last name wrong, I noticed right away and called to correct it, was done immediately, before I hung the phone I received the email with the name correction. Although something not so nice, I selected to sit together and supposedly there were no more seats available and I needed to pay a fee, that made the experience not so nice.”
