“I bought tickets on this service, the site gave an error about the purchase and the money was not debited from the card, so I had to buy tickets on another service, as it turned out later the tickets were still issued and the money was debited from the card after payment on another service, and it turns out because of the error of this service I bought two tickets that are non-refundable and lost money! I will never use your services again”

“I successfully booked tickets but found the process of receiving them a little opaque and broken. I booked tickets for two people, and when the e-tickets arrived I went to the airline's website to pull them up, but kept getting an error that the ticket number didn't match the name. I finally called the airline's customer service and found out that everything was correct, except that the e-ticket email from Cheap Flights Fares had the ticket numbers backwards, i.e. the ticket number they said was mine was actually my partner's, and vice versa. So, got the tickets fine, but that was weird and stressful to figure out and seems like the kind of error that should be easy to avoid. Also there were a lot of typos I noticed in the email that made me worried this was a scam website, even though it isnt.”
