“Want all to know that I had to change my times and one airport and Cheap Flights had the most amazing person help me. He did not have the times I wanted, but I only had one airport that I can use so that made a big difference, but all worked out by the time we were finished and the cost to fly was less. What a great joy was done by the personnel that helped me. I will say satifaction was the answer. Thank you”

“My first time using cheapflightfares. I was so confused about all the pricing, services, fees, cancellation policies, baggage restrictions, insurance, special deals, and the fine print issues. I finally had my itinerary and I wanted to add a carry on the next day. You cannot do that. I paid $23.00 for ¨premier support¨ which is essentially NOTHING. then I come to find out there are NO REFUNDS because I made the mistake. I will take responsibility for my naivete. But buying airline tickets online should be simpler than this. I´m thinking ALL online travel services operate the same way. Not very encouraging. ------------- The next day I received a text message and e-mail from a manager at "Customer Resolution Team" who "wanted to resovle this soon." He provided me with instructions and a contact number asking me to communicate with him. I responded to the email and next day called twice. The second time another lady offered to help but was not familiar with my case. I asked for the manager who originally contacted me and was informed he was not in that day nor would he be in the next day. So bottom line, I felt foolish for thinking this was a genuine attempt at customer care. That sentiment is reflected in this revised review.”

“Had family emergency in Virginia and I was on the west coast. ON A FIXED budget and went from paying over 1200 on Expedia to 900 on cheap flights fares. Keep in mind it has layovers but it fit my budget. After it was booked and payment excepted I got a call. It was a guy asking if I just booked a flight with cheap fares. No personal questions but they make sure they and you weren't scammed. Good service and fast customer service by phone. I recommend this service.”

“I haven’t taken the trip yet, but the fares cannot be beat! It’s hard to believe we can fly for that price. The charge for seats was a little confusing. I’m not sure why there would be a cost for something that literally costs the company nothing but I can see my group on the other side so I’m okay with it. We did check a bag and so I’m hoping we checked the bag for the whole trip at the price listed and not each way. That wasn’t clear.”
