“Customer service was very good no complaints there , but NOT happy that the rates went up $220 inside of 5 hours when card was declined. Did new card and it went though ok Revised —-review ——Marcellus offered me a credit for this issue. Thank you for resolving this issue!”

“Too high cancellation fees. Also charged twice both for departure and return trips,even if I bought a round trip together. Also, I chose the round trip ticket from YVR to YYZ, but it gave us from YVR to YKR,when I realized this 5 mins after I booked, I cancelled the tickets immediately and it still charged me about 200 hundred dollars. Very poor experience.”

“It was okay, except I couldn't print a receipt of the flight I purchased. I need the official receipt showing that it was paid along with the last 4 digits of my credit card in order to be reimbursed for work (not just a copy of my itinerary that includes the total cost of the flight.) I got an error message "cannot provide at this time". Annoying and will require me to get a copy of my credit card transactions in order to prove to my employer I paid for the flight.”
