“I was excited because I was able to find tickets for a good reasonable price. However I received a message that my credit card didn’t go through. I called customer service for my credit card and they said to me that there was nothing wrong with my credit card and that they don’t understand why your company said it was rejected. I called your customer service and the agent said that my ticket price increased”

“Easy booking, didn't get jerked around with "false fares" (which has happened repeatedly on Priceline.) After booking I was notified that one of my flights was changed because I hadn't paid for an upgraded "premium" seat. That was bothersome, but supposedly has been handled during a follow-up call with Cheap Flights. I've been told I now have my original flight again and that a seat assignment was being made for me (next to my wife.) Downgraded one star because I wasn't given my new seat assignment for that one flight when I was notified of confirmation of my booking, and therefore I'm not yet certain that it happened.”
