“Was worried I had been scammed after 24hrs and no ticket confirmed and reading bad reviews online. Short 15 min call to their customer service and I had emails from Delta with confirmation numbers.”

“I bought a ticket with Cheapflightfares but wished to cancel it within the 24 hour window for a fllat cancellation. I went to its web site and use the chat mode. There is nothing on it about not able to cancel a ticket thru CHAT. I was with chat and replied to 8 questions for Chat to authenticate my ID. Chat came back with a text message with a phone number that I have to call this number where cancelation could be done ( cancellation can be done ONLY thru phone) I called 55 times and could not get thru; I got busy signal them the system disconnected my calls. All of these was done at the "11th hour;" I was afraid that I had passed the 24 hour window but gave up. CheapFlightsFares.com could not make any simplier”

“I was a little skeptical as a first time user, as Cheap Flights Fare got me a business flight from Europe to Boston for less than half what said flight was advertised on the airline own website; so I waited for the flight to be completed to post this review: it works great! “At first I was reticent but it worked out perfectly. I got my confirmation code and printeed my ticket at the airport with zero issues. The only thing was I had to go to the counter because the KTN didn't pass through to the ticket really not a big deal. Use this service its really good!”
