“Had to call for a problem. Had a flight that got canceled at last minute. Person on phone stayed with me 30 minutes on phone to gret me a new ticket at best price.”

“Although there were some challenges faced with a booking for a motel, I recieved a call from an agent afterward who was very helpfull and wanted to make things right. Cheapflights gave me a $25.00 refund to use for any type of travel to help compensate for the problem faced. I will book with Cheapflights.”

“I have a very good experience with a gentleman name Gerald , how ever I had to call bad to change my flight and some body name Dan was very rude and he gave me such of hard time that I was forced to end the conversation.”

“I chose a flight from Orlando to Dallas thing it was for the next week but it turned out the date was 2 weeks out. I called to explain what I had done but instead of having to cancel they got me the same flight on the date I needed at an extremely reasonable price. The agent really saved my butt on this one.”

“UPDATE: Cheap Flights resolved the seat issue and Frontier now shows the seats I originally selected. In my opinion this was excellent customer service. Thank you Cheap Flights for taking such quick action to resolve the problem. I selected my seats and paid the required fee to do so when I purchased my ticket. Cheapflight did send me a ticket with the seats I chose listed on the ticket. However when I logged into Frontier and put in my ticket number it showed no seats had been selected. I contacted Cheapflights customer service and let them know. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and after checking on this issue let me know he had escalted the problem and that it would be taken care. Within 24 Frontier did show I had seat selections, they weren't the seats that I selected they were further back. So lesson learned IF I purchase a ticket through Cheapflights again I will not pay for seat selection. Instead I will wait and login to the Airline site, enter my ticket number then select & purchase my seats there.”

“I haven't flown spirit in almost a decade so I was sceptical booking this trip. I bought a last minute ticket and the price was right so I figured I'd take my chances. This particular flight crew was very impressive - great communicators and professional. There were a lot of empty seats on the flight so I was fortunate to get the emergency row to myself. I seats were comfortable and everything was smooth from takeoff to landing. I'd definitely book again!”

“To start with the bad part: I booked a flight but it could not get ticketed as that promotion seat was sold around the time of my booking. The good part was Edward, the travel agent who tirelessly tried to find a way to get me a good flight at a good price. I appreciated all his effort and got a great deal on my flight as well!”
