“I got sick with the great price I got didn't want to get on the plane sick out of respect went back in the house took Covid 19 test came back out batter in car died left door open crazy morning thank you in advance for my refund waiting”

“Other than the wait on the phone (which wasn't too bad because of the great Chopin piano piece, we are extremely satisfied with the customer service we received when changing our bookings because of a death in the family. She (Lavette) was very helpful, kind, thorough, and had excellent follow-up to make sure everything was changed the way we needed it for our situation. We will definitely use this service again.”
