“All the e flight schedulers get confusing. You look up a flight on a certain web site and then find you are on a different one. As far as booking on Cheap Flight Fares it was easy enough. We haven't left for our vacation, so can't rate the check in process.”

“I was directed to Cheap Flights Fares through Kayak. The confirmation of my itinerary was immediate, and I received my et-ticket for one way Nice-JFK less than 24 hours later. Very efficient service. I fly on 11/9. If all goes well I'll write another review then.”

“My flight from SJC to ATL got cancelled by spirit airlines due to a Maintainence issue. I took the first leg from sjc to vegas. And only found out at the gate that the vegas to ATL flight was cancelled. Spirit did not notify me of this and has not confirmed about whether I will get a refund. I had to make a separate flight booking to get to ATL from vegas out of pocket. Cheap flights is helping me with getting a refund from Spirit.”

“I didn’t like the service . I booked the ticket and in 24 hours they told me that the company changed price , in 24 hours . Lol . That’s why we charged 56 usd more. The company called back and give the credit for inconvenience. This company is not a scam . It is a problem of spirit. Better choose other airlines”

“The flights seem so reasonable and cheap until you start to add the baggage fees from the airlines. I booked thinking I could check baggage costs after since the ones listed on cheap flights seemed even higher than usually. Site also says you can cancel easily within 24 hours. When I tried to do this I was told cheap air offers free cancellation but spirit would still charge me a cancels fee! Meanwhile my son had an issue on a separate booking with spirit and he was able to cancel within 24 hours with NO problem!!! Mot happy. Felt like I got scammed into buying a bundle of seats/ luggage. And flight arhat started in $200 and change needed up over $300. After customer service reache our to me they we very helpful and accommodating to try and resolve my issue and make me happier.”

“I chose a flight on line I wanted and had a problem getting my cc authorized and when I called a representative for assistance it ended up costing me $700 more than the online price to keep the same flight I chose online. A little bit of gouging going on here. I will think again before using Cheap Flights.”

“I called your customer service helpline 2 days before my flight was due to inform you that my date of birth was incorrect on my flight information. The person who was helping me informed me that it would cost an additional $257.00 to re-issue my ticket with the birth date corrected. He said it was the only way to correct the error. However, when I called American Airlines they said it was a simple matter to remedy - just arrive a little earlier. As a result, I can't recommend your company.”

“Couple of days after completing my reservation I was told the total price went up by $1000 so I had to resechdule for less. convinient flights. I understand this has to do with the carrier. I was contacted by Cheap Flight with a full explanation and offered a good-will refund.”
