“I not like, that when I by the ticket you sed one price and then you cheated. You gay sed is the airline, over selling the tickets pat the flight was olmos 1/2 empty”

“Immediately after I booked a Frontier flight Foster called me and said that one of the flights had been cancelled and he tried to get me to book a different flight on United. He tried to get me to change it to a layover in Detroit rather than a direct flight to San Juan. In a follow up call with Cheap Seats, my flight was confirmed and all is well. I was satisfied with the follow up and concern about my satisfaction with Cheap Seats.”

“Booked online and card got denied for some reason. Then called customer service and changed to another card and the price owent up 300$ more. Service finally told me they will change it back to the same price after I asked to cancel everything, but my ending charge ended up being $13 more when the receipt stated it was going to be the same price.”

“Appreciate the search function and results for ‘cheap’ fares but am not liking the required seat costs! This is just another way of charging that brings it UP to other fares. Sad practice and should be removed.”

“I love paying $366 for a one way to El Paso,TX for a one way with one personal bag and one carry on also love the harassing phone calls and emails to change my reviews from three star to a higher one and finally the $63 dollars to pick my seats love it.”

“Price was listed, ticket was purchased and a day later I get a call saying that it had gone up 40 bucks......no explanation. Was contacted and informed that this was done due to change in price from airlines. Cheapflights offered to pay back difference.”

“All the e flight schedulers get confusing. You look up a flight on a certain web site and then find you are on a different one. As far as booking on Cheap Flight Fares it was easy enough. We haven't left for our vacation, so can't rate the check in process.”
