“I booked a fly and paid, I tried to print the tickets and I couldn't, I called and they told me that there weren't tickets available and now the tickets cost more....my mom is in the hospital and I no need more stress....I have to pay more for same fly even when I already booked......”

“When Visa initially declined the charge (I'd had a problem with a false charge a month ago, and this one somehow seemed suspicious to them; I don't know why they didn't check with me before declining the charge), the customer service rep I had to speak to was very friendly and helpful in getting the issue resolved. However, I don't think it was entirely fair not to honor the original discounted fare.”

“A little harder to use their app, but they have a phone number, and they actually answer the phone with a real person. Don’t confuse them with cheapflights.com which is just a clearinghouse for other search engines. I’ll definitely come back and try them again.”

“I wouldn’t Recommend and do not plan on purchasing from this company again . I purchased a flight for 85 dollars and received and email saying that my purchase is on hold and I need to call them . Once I called i was told that the price on my flight went up and i needed to pay an additional 92 dollars . He managed to bring it to an additional 62 dollars on top of the 85 i already paid . It was pretty upsetting that the original price couldn’t be honored . I was told my Total was 162 but my bank statement says I was charged 174. REVISED **************** An agent called me due to the review and offered me a 25 dollar flight credit . He said it’s important for customers to have a positive experience”

“I found out when I got my email receipt that I was charged for a carry on bag and a checked bag but I never signed up for those. I called and they did not end up charging for the bags but it did take two days to get the revised receipt, which I got this evening so all is good”
