“Rated a 4 for the service, because they took care of the issues. Used this for a last minute trip. But they charged me CC twice and it took forever to get the airline booking numbers”

“Happy with my eventual ticket. But I did feel the site was a bit cumbersome. In attempts to narrow down my choices, it would sometimes backfire and I would get back flights that did not match my criteria. I also was encouraged to call for a better price. LOL that price was more than double the internet price, on their own website. Overall however it was a positive experience and I'll try it again in the future.”

“I booked a flight on United #264 on Saturday, 6/24/23. My seat selected was 22F. When I got to the gate, I was told someone else was assigned my seat and I was now up in 15E middle. I paid man extra $36 for the window in 22F. Because of Your incompetence, I was very uncomfortable! Saying “sorry” for a computer error, doesn’t fix the problem. Your staff has to be more efficient!! Your company has resolved the issue of a refund of $36. I will consider using your website in the future to book airline flights”

“All would be a smooth experience and you would receive a good price if you book the flights as advertised (basic economy) and not making any changes even if you pay for trip insurance. Any issues of making flight change or cancelation to rebook your ticket would be hefty fees. Reach out to customer care department Lauren Smith for fair credits as appropriate.”
