“Hello, I found a charge on my visa for 297.80, and 25.80 from American Airline for the last fligth I booked through Cheapflightsfares. I prepaid Cheapflight for this roundtrip ticket. Now, IDK what to do or how to get a refund, but I did put a claim into American Airlines. On my way back to Chicago from Huntsville on this roundtrip, my flight was cancelled due to storms, and it had to be rebooked for next day, but I shouldn't have been charged again from American Airlines. Can you help me with this, please?”

“My initial experience was difficult, as I had received a confirmed email, only to be told the price had increased and I would have to pay more to keep the seats. After the initial poor experience I received some support from a customer service manager to rectify the issue from the price increase after confirming my transaction.”

“I was satisfied with the booking process. Very fast & efficient. The only thing I didn't like that I booked tickets in business class but CheapFlights is charging $8 for seats assignment. I ended up getting them for free at the airline website.”

“Due to the volume of travelers at Hartfield-Jackson airport. I had an issue at the kiosk. I contacted customer service and it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I was pleased that the issue was addressed quickly and the agent was very friendly.”

“Quick search was good. I couldn’t find all the info I meeeded once I bought he tickets. I will freely admit that it is my issue but I didn’t know get any check in info. I had to go to the airline site to do it. I did speak with a person on asking a question, and I got the answer I needed very easily and has no issues with that part of the process. That part was great!”

“I had to cancel my flight so I ended up canceling the week of and I did purchase the protection plan. They replied within the day to process my cancelation and had my money back after a few days. They did not question why just did as I asked of them. Sketchy website not so sketchy after all!”

“I had troubles with the communication and with front tier. Cheapflights team worked with me after the flights to attempt to rectify the situation. I was very appreciative for the time they took to listen and try to rectify what happened. They are reaching out to frontier to obtain refund for the seat purchases. Thanks.”
