“Fare was ok, but going 1 hour shouldn’t be so expensive”

“I was satisfied with the booking process. Very fast & efficient. The only thing I didn't like that I booked tickets in business class but CheapFlights is charging $8 for seats assignment. I ended up getting them for free at the airline website.”

“Due to the volume of travelers at Hartfield-Jackson airport. I had an issue at the kiosk. I contacted customer service and it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I was pleased that the issue was addressed quickly and the agent was very friendly.”

“Quick search was good. I couldn’t find all the info I meeeded once I bought he tickets. I will freely admit that it is my issue but I didn’t know get any check in info. I had to go to the airline site to do it. I did speak with a person on asking a question, and I got the answer I needed very easily and has no issues with that part of the process. That part was great!”

“I had to cancel my flight so I ended up canceling the week of and I did purchase the protection plan. They replied within the day to process my cancelation and had my money back after a few days. They did not question why just did as I asked of them. Sketchy website not so sketchy after all!”

“I had troubles with the communication and with front tier. Cheapflights team worked with me after the flights to attempt to rectify the situation. I was very appreciative for the time they took to listen and try to rectify what happened. They are reaching out to frontier to obtain refund for the seat purchases. Thanks.”

“It was easy to reach customer service and the hold time was relatively short. I would be more careful in the future when booking flights as the 24hr cancellation policy doesn't apply to basic economy fares.”
