“It was fairly easy to do, though the phone no. Did not help on first try. The second man was great, handled everything partaining to our seating choices. I would recommend him as a preferance to everybody. We hope our trip will go as well. Thanking you in advance.”

“It states that they refund you if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. I called to cancel and I’m been given the run around and still no refund. Day 5. Thank you for changing flight to help with not losing my entire amount of original flight. Costumer service reps where super polite and accommodating”

“It was hard to navigate when I found out the ages for adult tickets and had to change the number of adult/children passengers. It wouldn't save the information and I had to re-input several times.”

“We were stranded in Denver along with thousands of other people. I kept trying to find a flight home on several airlines websites- but kept getting kicked off. I went to cheap flight fares and was able to book one with no problem. Price was reasonable. Only issue was confirmation email took about 45 min . I was worried we were going to lose our seats on the plane. I contacted customer service and they were very professional and reassuring. The confirmation # we were given in the email was not the correct #. Had to go to United counter to get correct one to be able to check in for flight.”
