I was able to book my flight and my hotel through the website. There was an issue charging my card for the insurance and baggage coverage. I talked to my card company to let the charge go through, which it did the next day.

I bought a flight to Hawaii. Cheap flights had me call and asked if I would change my return flight and charged me $85 more. Then cheap flights corrected the situation by offering me an $85 credit to use within the next year. Very nice!

Your employees have been very helpful. I made a mistake booking one of my flights. They corrected it. I was charged much more for the same flight at an earlier date. I corrected it the same day a few hours after. That was disappointing but it was my error. My credit card was declined due to security issues. As of yesterday, they assured me the two different flights were confirmed. I was hoping to finally see my tickets in my email today. I get worried because of credit card fraud experiences. Hopefully, it will show today and my mind will be at ease.

It was easy and finding a good flight was easiest on this platform. However the skip to pick a seat button is not prevalent. Therefore I added more money to my bill be sure to not make this mistake the button is at the top right.

Bitter sweet… Sweet- because if the lower prices Bitter- I made an error during booking online, so I had to call customer service to fix it. I got Aiden whom told me I need to book trips that I can afford, after not being able to explain to me why my flights (for 7 ppl) was $378. More than what it was showing when I go through the prompts online.. I ask for a supervisor Aiden say none are available, that someone will call me back after 45mins. I then told him to transfer me to speak with a different agent. He said he can’t transfer me. I told him I’ll hold for the supervisor, he said I will be on hold for 45 mins plus. I told him I don’t mind. After counting talk over me. And disregard my concerns he placed me on hold. The supervisor answered in around 6 -10 mins. The supervisor resolved my issue 🤷🏾‍♀️

I had the price I wanted on a round trip ticket. When I needed to change the return flight, the agent was helpful, but screwed me over. I agreed to an up charge, and then my new flight changed again and they did not tell me. It took nearly an hour on the phone to get it fixed because I had lost my original flight. Thankfully, I made it home in a reasonable time. At the conclusion of this “cheapflights” called and did a make right to the best of their capabilities.

In the pass it was a great, agency, since the pandemic I believe, that many things changed. So It have to be carefully what is offered not to be over charged for something , it may you do not need. Nereyda Corona

I was looking for a one-way flight and found the fares to be quite expensive for one-way! Most were $500-$600. I looked on Cheap Flights and found Avery reasonable fare that also had better flight times for my schedule! I would recommend checking out the Cheap Flights website!

The process was simple enough. They didn't allow for frequent flyer numbers to be put in so that is a demerit.

Cost me double due to a computer error, no customer service, no sympathy, never again through cheapflightsfares.com avoid! UPDATE: Cheapflightsfares called to make things right. I was pleased with their concern for my problem and they tried to rectify as best as they could. Updated my stars from 1 to 4

The flight fee itself is not bad. I had difficulty finding and obtaining handicapped assistance. I certainly hope that I am not hit with another fee for this request. I have a TBI and have trouble with verbal or written instructions. Since traveling alone and having to negotiate a layover in a very large airport will be impossible for me without a knowledgeable guide to stay with me.
