“I booked ticket online and accidently I booked on wrong dates. Within an hour I called the customer service support . And I was been told that I can’t get refund if I cancel the ticket or make any changes on ticket. I want some one to listen the call which I made to your customer service. It looks like the customer doesn’t has any rights for cancellation within 1 hour of booking . Revived call from manager next day and the issues resolved. Thank you”

“The fare was cheaper than the fare offered by the airline itself or any other vendor. I appreciated the availability of cancellation, refund, and travel protection options, although it was difficult to find specific terms and conditions for those. Since I'm Canadian, I would have liked to see an option to display fares and fees in CAD currency. I had to calculate what the actual cost would be. I don't recall seeing any car rental offers during the booking process, which I would have been interested in. Also, while I was making my booking choices, I received a coupon for an additional $20 off, which was great, but when I entered it, I couldn't use it because the airline was a discount airline. That was disappointing. Overall a decent experience, though.”

“I think you charging $50.00 for a carry on is highway robbery. If you are trying to squeeze every penny out of people just bump your rates a little geez! Being able to bring onboard a small backpack for a weekend getaway is common and now you are charging extra for a small backpack or suitcase that fits under your already uncomfortable seats.”
