“I had to make a last minute booking and C.F.F. had flights and fares that I simply could not find anywhere else (Skyscanner, Booking.com etc). They are my new “go-to” when I need to travel internationally.”

“I was informed when a change to my itinerary occurred. I called immediately to get the return flight changed, and the customer service worker said it was changed to a better time. I now checked the reservation and it was entirely unchanged and I had to pay $80 to change it myself. I would like that $80 returned.”

“While there was a hiccup in the reservation process, the young man assisting me, I think his name was Richard, was polite and maintained a professional demeanor even when I raised my voice in frustration. He took good care of me and my needs.”
