“Very willing to accommodate my request”

“There was a mistake on my 3ticket that I noticed 15 minutes after I made the reservation. When I called to question and ask for the removal of that one initial, I was told that it would be an extra $25. I don't think that's very good customer service and I told the lady I would just cancel and make the reservation since it had been less than 24 hours. At that point she said she would take care of me and I should have a new ticket issued it's been over 24 hours and I have not seen the new ticket. I had also called to ask if I could have my TSA on the ticket and someone was supposed to let me know about that or told me that the system was down when I called and that I should wait for 24 hours and call back again I had waited on the phone already for a good 25 minutes. It is 2 days later and I have been called by them and they have kindly and professionally resolve my issues”

“I just returned home from Europe after booking with CheapFlightFares and the flight was one of the best I had ever had (I have had many). After reading the horrible reviews, I was honestly hesistant at first but was curious. The booking process was great and a live agent helped me through the entire ticket purchase. They did need to rebook about 20 minutes after booking the first but it was an even better flight. People only leave reviews to complain instead of saying their flights went great. I will definitely book through them in the future - Thank You!”

“We are going for a long flight and wanted to get business class seats, but they were so expensive through the airlines the seats were almost 50% less. The only thing is we did have to pay to select our seats which added another 500 onto it, but we still saved a significant amount.”

“We have had no issues with cheap flight fares, since booking our trip. The fares we paid were very reasonable and we received the confirmation and e tickets in a reasonable amount of time. Everything has been very simple to book. Looking g forward to our trip.”

“Wwe are waiting to fly out from BTR. Flight cancellations from AA. All handled by Cheap Flight personnel. I never initialed a phone call. Their people reached out to me and gave me available options. Will definitely fly with them again.”
