“There was an initial problem but it was resolved”

“The website provided the availability for 2 seats. I proceeded with reservation and payment online. But then I was informed by email that I need to urgently contact them. It appeared that on one of the flights only one seat was available. I had to call them (international call so I wonder how much I will have to pay for it) and we changed one of the flights. Unfortunately, the price has increased. I think that if there is not enough seats available, the flights should not be proposed on the website. In the end, I got my etickets so it all ended well. The client service is good and helpful. Overall, I’m happy with Cheapflightsfares. The prices are very interesting ! Thank you”

“Your organization offered me with the lowest roundtrip flight between Tokyo and DC. However, it required a series of time-consuming search on other tickets agencies in order to find your best flight. It would be best, in my opinion, if you could widely advertise among your future online customers. Just my two cents. ,”
