“Did not honor the original price! I had to call to verify my reservation because no body contacted me and I was charged more if I wanted to keep my reservation. I will not recommend this service to anyone!”

“Poor customer service when calling in. Changed flight multiple times without providing payment for luggage on my return trip. I prepaid the luggage on spirit airlines in full and then my flight was changed to United and I had to pay for luggage again with united.”

“I booked Friday and not until Monday after I call that the customer service called me that the fare increased by 60 dollars. And not until I called then to run my credit card , it seems they will not run it until another increase of fare… this will be my first and last business with cheap flight fares”

“I booked my ticket on Friday and today they told me that I should pay them £290 more cause the price has increased. I do not have extra funds to pay for the flight and I asked for a refund but they are refusing to pay me back. I am planning to travel on Friday but I am now stuck because of their bad service.”

“I was cooking my flight on the site and when I went to complete it, it did an error. I called to make sure that I wasn’t billed for it which I wasn’t. I was informed that the site timed out. The time out should not be that short as there’s a lot of information That needs to be inputted such as credit card, etc. It was stressful having to call and make sure I wasn’t being double billed for a flight.”
