“This trip was cancelled. Please make a notification of it. I called to cancel within the 24 hour period. The person I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me. Very disappointed in your company because I’ve never been treated so rudely in the past. Will no longer be using cheap fares. Very sorry.”

“Customer service tried to lie to me by saying u couldn’t cancel my flight after 1 hour of being booked. They also tried to lie to me and said a flight I wanted didn’t exist and I managed to book that same flight after getting off the phone with them.”

“I was quoted 399 for a flight that I could've booked on another sight and even when I told the booking agent they told me that it wasn't the best price. I ended up paying 470 for the same flight. And I was really displeased with how unhelpful the agent was in the end. Will not be booking again through this”
