“UP DATE: SOMEONE CALLED ME BACK AND WAS VERY NICE AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND ALL MY OPTIONS AND MANAGED TO GET MY RETURN FLIGHT LEAVING OUT OF THE SAME AIRPORT- FOR A REASONABLE PRICE AND WITH NO STOPS. I AM MUCH HAPPIER THAN I WAS! THANK YOU! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I RECENTLY PURCHASED 2 ROUNDTRIP TICKET FROM ATL TO MIA IN OCTOBER, NOT REALIZING THAT MY RETURN FLIGHT WAS FROM FORT LAUDERDALE, NOT MIAMI. I ALSO THOUGHT 1 CARRY-ON WAS INCLUDED. THE FLIGHT THERE WAS ON FRONTIER AND BACK WAS ON SPIRIT. I ALSO PAID FOR "CHANGEABLE" TICKETS. BUT WHEN I CALLED TO HAVE THE RETURN FLIGHT CHANGED, I WAS TOLD THERE WERE ONLY 2 OPTIONS, THE 1ST HAD A LAYOVER IN TEXAS AND WAS $100 MORE PER TICKET. THE 2ND CHOICE HAD A LAYOVER IN NEW ORLEANS AND IT WAS $200 MORE PER PERSON. I ONLY PAID $106 TOTAL FOR BOTH TICKETS. THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL AND PRETTY MUCH LIKE, "OH WELL". I DON'T FLY ALOT, I WISH SOMEONE COULD HAVE HELPED ME A BIT MORE WITH HANDLING MY SITUATION.”

“Did not get my window seats that I paid for. I am a 60’year old woman flying from Maui to Tennessee. I really needed to rest. Spoke to a representative, within 24 hours they remediated my problem. Well done!”
