“Quick search was good. I couldn’t find all the info I meeeded once I bought he tickets. I will freely admit that it is my issue but I didn’t know get any check in info. I had to go to the airline site to do it. I did speak with a person on asking a question, and I got the answer I needed very easily and has no issues with that part of the process. That part was great!”

“I am Very disappointed when I called to ask for help on my ticket I was told I had to add my TSARedress number 48 hours in advance. Then I was hung up on. Great customer service.”

“I had to cancel my flight so I ended up canceling the week of and I did purchase the protection plan. They replied within the day to process my cancelation and had my money back after a few days. They did not question why just did as I asked of them. Sketchy website not so sketchy after all!”
