“I recently purchased a flight from cheap flights fares. I realized after a quick review, I booked the wrong date. I called immediately. They helped me rebook my flight for the correct date and were very helpful. I have not taken that flight yet. But I do not anticipate any issues. .”

“Online is fast and easy. When i called to help me get my tickets i was disconnected twice. I think the first thing they should ask is the phone # who they are talking to and to let them know in case they get disconnected they can always call them back. The 2nd time i called asked me same questions what the first one asked me. Very frustrating then after asking same thing happened o got disconnected”

“I accidentally booked a flight for ends of next month instead of this month ? I cancelled the flight as soon as I realized that within a hours later and I don't get the refund yet spend tow days already ! Is it official website or scam!! I will continue to do what ever it takes to get my money back”

“Johnny, a very proficient Customer Service representative in making magical flight reservations assisted us with very pleasant, professional, and very accurate service in booking our flight from Oklahoma City to Colorado Springs, Colorado. His common courtesy and effective communication skills were very impressive. Including, Johnny made our reservation very expeditiously with ease and remained so professional and kind until he completed our flight reservation.
