“The product is great! I especially enjoy the Kosmic Chews. The shipping, on the other hand, is unreliable at best. There is some disconnect with having the product sent to USPS. I suspect it is a supply issue. Have not yet received an order placed on 4/2/25. Then spent extra to have a different order expedited and, same issue as before- hasn’t been received yet by the post office. They can and should do better. Hire a shipping manager! Customer service reps are very nice but can’t fix a systemic issue. Be honest/ if u are out of a product tell the customer! They will come back if they know they can trust you. SMH. Very disappointing.”
“I like your product. Your customer service needs a little work. Especially your email. I recently placed an order and was waiting for an email to say it shipped. It never came. A week later after sending you a couple emails regarding it, I decide to call and talk to a live person. He was very polite and took care of it.”

“The products are amazing. My only issue is with the place that ships it. It's hit or miss that you actually get what you ordered. I ordered 2 Kosmic Chews & was delivered 2 Nice Dreams CBD OIL, Totally not what I ordered. So here I waited over a week for my order to arrive for it to be wrong and have to wait another week for the (hopefully) correct order to arrive. I liked when it was shipped from Utah, never had any issues.”
“Product selection & the products themselves are great. Super good alternative if legal marijuana is not available in your state. The only issue I have is with shipping of the products. Extremely slow. Have ordered three times and on 2 out of 3, I've had to email Support to inquire if my products had shipped as it had been 4-5 days since purchasing. Only after I emailed did my products ship. I ordered on 4/20 & didn't recieve my products until about 5/8.”
“The Kosmic edible was the first one I've tried, which made me want to buy more. I've tried the space edible, also the cruise edible, they were not good as the Kosmic. The last purchase I've made I bought the Kosmic, but end up getting the Space edible along with the high and dry drinks different flavor. I didn't get that great buzz as the Kosmic. The other edibles are like regular gummies candy you would buy from the corners store, no effect at all. I was disappointed because I'm paying $60 to get an effect, that great relaxing buzz which I didn't feel at all. I was disappointed, so I stopped wasting my money on them. For quite a long time the Kosmic have been out of stock.”
“The cruise chews are not very potent. I was hoping they would give more of a buzz than they did. They taste of them are great. For the money I spent I was a little disappointed in potency. I don't get high often so I figured would create more of a buzz.”
“Shipping is very slow. No way to expedite or have them ship your items the same day, just snail mail, even then it might take 4-5 days to process before ever leaving the distribution center.”
