As far as I can see you placed your order on December, 13-th and it was shipped the next day. Please, be advised, that Regular Airmail takes the longest among all other shipping options - typically it's 1-5 weeks. You should receive the package within this time. Regular airmail is a bit overloaded due to the upcoming holiday. I wish we could speed it up - but it's beyond our control, unfortunately. Hi Giovanni, Thanks for reaching out! We appreciate your feedback! As far as I can see your order was shipped on December, 9-th. DPD typically takes 5-10 business days, but sometimes may take longer especially now due to the upcoming holidays. DPD along with other postal services is always overloaded during this period. There are a lot of factors affecting the delivery timeframe, such as sorting centers maintenance, warehouse overloading, and on top of that, the current pandemic situation that caused a lot of unexpected delays. We can not speed up this process, since we're not the shipping company - we are their clients as well and use their service since they proved to be one of the safest shipping methods. Returning to the tracking updates - we'd highly recommend allowing it some more time. If you do not receive it by Dec, 22-nd - we'll definitely get you taken care of.DPD is an insured shipping method and is fully covered by a re-ship policy. “The service is great, but unfortunately I have not received the product yet, because BRT messed up the delivery. I kindly ask you, CemicalPlanet, to not work with those idiots any more. Look up brt.com or bartolini.com on here or on trustpilot. It is a nightmare, they might even lose the package and you will have angry customers.”
