“It took WEEKS for this to arrive. When it arrived it had faulty stitching on the strap. I contacted chicme, and they have been a nightmare, constantly coming back to me after a few days wait with a % off offer each time. I kept telling them I dont want a % off, I want to return it it for a full refund and asked constantly for a free returns label. They eventually said id have to pay £5 to return it?!
