“Took a long time for shipment. I ordered 2XL for both items but received 1XL. My wife is furious because she is too big. I won't return the items because I won't receive the items till mid February. Not a good experience with Choice and will not recommend or use Choice in future.”
“I ordered 2 separate items. Received one item but not the other but the company's site showed that I received both items. I then looked up both items and they both had the same tracking number. I then called the post office and they told me only one item had been scanned and delivered! So they only. sent me one item but charged me for 2!!! I have been trying to return the one item because it's too small and they first offered me a 10% partial refund and I could keep the item, that doesn't fit! Told them no I wanted a refund and I wanted to return the item. Then they offered me a 30% partial refund and I could keep the item!! They will NOT let me return it!!! As far as the 2nd item they are insisting I received it since they checked the tracking number....that tracking number was listed on both of the orders! WHAT A SCAM!!! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD!!!!!”
