“I bought a sherpa type coat from Chic Me- the seller was POSTECH FASHION INC and when I received it it looked nothing like the picture and just hung on me, I ordered a small and it said small but it had to be a large.. I reached out telling them I wanted to return it and get a refund, they offered me a 5% coupon on another item and keep the coat- REALLY?? Then it took them over a week to get back to me regarding a refund. I had to pay to return and and then only got 1/3 refunded me from the cost of the coat. Will never buy from Chic Me again.”
