“I wrote an initial review that was not so negative. I have changed my mind. I bought 2 items 1 legging and 1 pant. The legging was fine but the pant was a disaster terrible fit. High waisted pant for a 6 ft tall woman and they forgot to ship the belt accessories. The refund policy as long as you notify company within 14 days of receipt full refund. We they are not willing to refund. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. How shameful and deceitful. They don’t stand by their policy. Terrible customer service. Terrible company”
“Stay away from this company the delivery took ages and you can’t get a refund they only offer you 10% and then do not respond to your messages. Worst company ever they are a scam and SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to trade to UK customers where by law you are entitled to a full refund if you buy products online.”
“I am rating their customer service more than anything. They do accommodate by offering refunds or partial refunds. However, I only end up keeping about 20% of my purchases because most of the items are either too small or two see-through for my liking. Most of the time, though, it is because the item is actually off in size. I unfortunately won't be ordering from them anymore because I have had this issue during all three times I have purchased from them.”
