Item received was pretty however the suze was off- it was a cold shoulder jumper, the elastic in bust area was loose and couldnt be worn- the customer service in line chat for return was horrific, back and forth with them constantly telling me to accept 10% refund and no instruction on how to return - I will never buy from them again”
