“The clothing didn’t fit properly. I contacted customer service about a refund and at first was told they would send me a 10% refund. My total was $40. I explained that a 10% refund ($4.00) would not even cover the cost of shipping it back to them. I was prepared to pay the $5.99 to send it back because I thought well I’m still getting $34.01 back. Then customer service said they would do a 30% refund which would be $12.00 and I could just keep the clothing. I made sure I looked at the shipping policy before I purchased but I must have missed the part where a refund is determined on a percentage basis.”

“Inte rätt mått på "Pärlor Decor Layered Cami Top". Jag beställde två likadana i olika färger men samma storlek och det skiljer 20 cm i bystmåtten. En är fem cm mindre och en är 15 cm bredare än utsatt mått. Inte okey.”
