“I put a order in for some holiday clothes in July for my holiday in august, my order did not come until after my holiday I decided I would keep 3 of the items and return the rest ,
I contacted them to ask how I return and a list of what I wanted to return, I then get an email asking what I wanted to return so I send items again, I then get email saying 30% refund and you keep clothes I said no they don’t fit I wish to return, I then get one saying 50% refund and keep the clothes I then asked on how much refund thinking I will try and sell to make my money back I have just received email telling me iv run out of time now so no return or refund I am absolutely boiling because it is them who have just wasted time ,

“I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, and received only 1 pair. It took over 3 months to get that. I requested a refund but when I chatted with support team they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase, and after much back and forth said they would resend me the 2 missing pairs. It's 4 months later and still no shoes. I was OK not getting a refund only if they sent me the missing part of my order. I even sent Chic Me pictures of the package I received and they agreed I did not receive the shoes. I'm extremely disappointed and will not shop here again. I've yet to receive a refund or my shoes I paid for.”
