The web site is very confusing for exchanges or returns.
To place an order was effortless but just opening a ticket is frustrating I will try again tomorrow”
“Bought 4 pairs of shoes on my first order. Love them however they are too small so I asked for an exchange. I was offered to keep the items and revive a 10% discount to reorder. When I asked again to exchange they came back with the same response but giving me option of 20%. This is time consuming and not helping solve my issue. I love the shoes and 4 pair is a lot to take a hit money wise. I am still waiting on a response to exchange for same items different size. I don't want to keep them. They are useless to me in this size. FYI I ordered my typical 8 size shoe and they were all just a bit small so recommend sizing up on this company's shoes.”
“Price is good, delivery this time around was far better than my previous delivery. I have never returned any items, if it doesn’t fit I donate it. The open toe sneakers in black is too small even though I ordered US size 9.5!”
“I have purchased many clothing from chic me, I like their unique style that are similar to mines. Prices are great, but quality can be good or bad. At their store, I’m between small and medium and it’s frustrating to know the exact size for each specific clothing. The big downside is the time it takes to deliver my purchase, I have to wait about 2 months.”
“It fit perfectly but was shorter than it look. My suggestion is while I know you want to sell clothes be honest with your customers. Let them see the model standing straight up without bending a knee or turned half way around. I can put shorts under this for the beach that’s about it. I certainly can’t wear it to church”
