“Sizing is always to small
Even though I order larger sizes their clothes are always too small
I’m 5’1” and 58 kilograms and a large is too small soooo dissappointed”
“Cloth looked cheap, needle thread is seen coming out of the shirt button. Trouser not sown properly and not necessarily true to size. The inner wear of the top is too small and show line on the bra side. Won’t purchase next time.”
“I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering and product from Chic Me. They will take your money and not deliver the product that you order. After placing a substantial order on the 3rd of March my card was promptly charged that day. Fast forward over 3 weeks and the order has yet to be packaged at their facility. After asking multiple times to be refunded I was told it would take 7-15 days for them to do a review of the request. Horrible company in my opinion, still have not received my money back.”

“I ordered some items way in advance for an event. After over two weeks of no movement I tried calling and emailing customer service. Phone was busy every time. Email took multiple attempts and a few days before I got any response. What I did get was a confusing update on my package, but no explaition on why it was taking so long. Also no ETA on when I could expect delivery.
It's been almost another week and the items still have only made to California. I am in Oregon with still no ETA.
I no longer need the items as I went ahead a got a better outfit from another company with better service for less.
I have tried asking for them to just cancel the order and give me a refund. The email said they can't as it's already shipped. That I will have to return it once I receive it. The teitn procedure is complicated and I'll have to pay for the shipping costs although it not my fault.
I have read other people have had the same problem and don't get a full refund if any even if they do return items.
This has been a very costly lesson that I should only work with companies I am familiar with and they have accessible customer service.
In the same time I ordered from Chic me I have had three other companies send me orders no problem and been able to easily answer any questions I may have over phone.
If you're u have a good experience I am happy for you, but I. Not the only one who has had this very issue.
The outfit I ended getting through Banana Republic is adorable and I'll be every happy with it. Wish I had just gone there in the first place.”

So the suit is too large and I could not wear it..

“You have a return policy I was told you would give me 10%. Unacceptable I want a refund 100%. You will not email me a return label so I will have to stop payment on my purchased. What u are doing is illegal!!!!!”
