“I ordered a really cute pair of shoes, however whenI received them, a very critical part of the shoe was missing: the ankle chain that attaches to the ankle strap of the shoe which holds the strap up and in place. Had I known it they didn’t come with the ankle chains, I’d have never bought them! They don’t fit!”
