“There shipping sucks! It takes almost a month to receive the items. I bought $140 worth of clothes the 1st time, material wS decent. So I order $200 worth on tge 2nd order and every piece of clothing was trash!!! The material was cheap, theater cheap! Now the return process is even worse, trying to give me 10% back when the return policy says you have 14days to return from when received. The hell they trynna give me 3 stupid options and I gotta pay for the returns after they took a whole entire month!!! I done, I will never order again!!!”
“I placed an order in November, 2022. Just got it today Feb. 6, 2023. I contacted them to cancel my order and refund me. I received a response 24 hours later telling me I could not cancel it because it had already been shipped. They charged my credit card immediately, but it took them 3 months to deliver it! Most of it was Christmas stuff, that’s why I wanted to cancel it. Learned my lesson! Will NEVER order from this company again.”
“Do not but ftom this company they pretend that their return policy is 100% returnable except of course obvious under garment etc. But you cannot return unless you contact them because they have yo give you a return address, this is where the games begins they would not send me a return address they then try negotiating to get you keep the merchandise even if you tell them you don't want it, then they start this % off business all so they do not have to return your money. And if you are dealing with Afterpay as your payment method don't count on them they are no help they don' t even try to help you get the issue resolved. Bottom line Chic Me does not hold up yo they return policy y on the items that are supposed to be returnable, so be ware you may not get a return address and they try to make you pass the 14day return and then they use that as an excuse. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Plus their sizing is off. HORRIBLE customer service both Afterpay and Chic Me stay away.”

“DO NOT use this website unless you feel confident about using them. Their clothing is really bad quality and you have absolutely no chance of getting a refund. They will only give you a credit note or a bit of money off your next item which is useless. Its a great way of making a profit - knowing that customers will want to return a product but Chic me will not send you your money back!! Seems like a scam to me.”
“My first order for my partner 5 items ordered 5 .12.2021 arrived after Christmas.on arrival 2 of the items namely lingerie had faults factory seconds 1 garment had only 2 suspenders instead of four another had a suspender clasp missing .Spoke with customer service via message and response was good but slow.After explaining everything they offered 20% of the price back I refused and said I wanted the garment in 100% new condition this is what I have ordered I was then sent a reply with a higher offer 30% off I had to reply saying if I bought a new car I wouldn't want to recieve it with no wheels I want a replacement not money off. CHICMEthen sent 2 replacements and it arrived much quicker only to be disappointed that they had sent another replacement with only 2 suspenders the other garment this time was OK. I contacted Chicme again to complain and asked why they sent another garment the sMe with only 2 suspenders obviously factory second. I sent photos of the garments with only 2 suspenders and then a photo shot of there advertisement of the same garment showing front view and back view on the model with r suspender belts.Chic Me apologised and offered me 30% back off item . I can not believe I do not want faulty clothes I'm not interested in faulty discount clothes I'm interested in what I've paid for. They said they can not give me a 100% refund as the system does not allow them. I have now asked for a full refund on the item and a return package at there expense after a why should I pay for a faulty item sent .
Chic Me you have the evidence of faulty clothing via photo given within minutes of received delivery. Do not treat your customers this way it is not a way to have a successful business.
I have been patient but to wasted time and contact. I'm now waiting for your response and if not a genuine replacement or a full refund I will contact my payment A.erican Express with all communication

“The clothes are reasonably priced; however, it takes FOREVER to receive your order and YOU have to pay at least $15 for return shipping. The clothes are not high quality although cute. So don’t expect to get more than 2 wears out of your outfit. The sizing guide is awful!”

I didn't hear from them in weeks except for stupid promos.
I emailed them a couple weeks ago and they finally responded. A few days to a week later I received them.
I opened it up and omg no.
The stitching in the shorts were hanging off and out as if a cat attacked them. To top it off, I ordered a Large but it was TINY!! It's so damn constricting and small. It's horrible.
I was expecting 1 or 2 layers of soft and flowy satin but instead it's like they put 5 layers of cheap material and 1 layer of fake satin😒

It hurts to wear. Money wasted for cheap material I could find in a dollar store.
Customer service is horrible
The material is awful and it's ridiculously pricey for something so cheap looking 😴😒 I should've expected it though because the pictures on their website of the products are stolen from other websites.

“I placed an order 6/1/19 with Chicme, An order confirmation email was received and account was changed immediately. The next correspondence I received was 6/11/19 stating the merchandise was Out of STOCK but, on the order page, it states shipped. To date, I have not received the ONE pair of shoes ordered. If I am having problems receiving ONE pair of shoes, I will not take a chance in placing another order. Companies would do so much better if they didn’t take advantage of their customers. Really sad.”
