“The items delivered were all different sizes to what was advertised. I contact CHICME to obtain return details, I was offered a 10% refund which I declined and then a 20% refund which I also declined, they refused to provide me with return details and now will not reply to my numerous messages. They are Fraudulent and unprofessional, DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.”
“They will not ship your items for a month at least. They also sell you items they may or may not have in stock. I have placed 3 large orders and they ship some of the items and then advise a month later that they don't have what you bought or that they will ship it seperately. This is not a good company. I try not to judge after 1 experience, I tried another 2 times. I guess that was my mistake but now I feel like its fair to review.”

They offer percentages i.e 10% then 30% refund on items that are damaged and then add you can keep the item..! Who wants to keep a torn dress and only receive a percentage of the full price. Never again. Should have learnt my lesson the first time round! Still waiting for refund on first order 42 days and counting.”
