“One pair of the shoes was a reorder. The first time I ordered them, one of the straps, one one shoe, would not go around my ankle. The other shoe was fine. I liked the sandal so much that I just reordered them. The same thing happened. LuckilyI had the other pair so I used the other pair to add on and made the strap longer. Your people should really measure when they're making the sandal.”
