“This company should be taken off the Internet, they should be stopped from trading in the UK. They are VERY terrible and as a merchant using several payments portals. I'm shocked that they do not know what a refund is.
Despite reading all the bad reviews, i decided to try and order some cloths for my holiday. I ordered from them and used Clearpay, but didn't receive the package and they are refusing me a refund even though everyone can see clearly on the evri tracking website that it hasn't been delivered.
They're now saying I should deal with the delivery company then after, they may be able to offer me a 'REASONABLE' compensation.
Never buy from them, it was my first time and it will definitely be my last! Now I'm paying for what I don't have and Clearpay isn't helping at all. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CHICME. THEY ARE FAKE.”

“I purchased 19 items 2 shoes 2 pieces of jewelry the rest was clothing. All the clothing is not as represented. The pictures blind look great the items themselves look totally different. I’m very disappointed in everything and I’ve requested a return for everything but the shoes and jewelry”
“Getting a refund is nearly impossible!! The sizes are not correct and you really don't know if the purchases will fit.
You have to submit a ticket and take pictures of returns then wait for customer service to respond and offer you 10% credit.
Dealing with this company is a long drawn-out process. So be careful when you buy and hope item will fit.

“If you want to return an item they ask you to keep the item or give it as a gift to someone or offer you a 10% coupon. This company will do all they could to not refund your money so I am no longer buying anything from them and deleting them from ever again sending me any advertising. I have two outfits I can’t use and since it’s a fight to get a refund I am stuck with them. Don’t buy anything from them.”
“It took such a long time for delivery. None of the 3 items fit so I need to make a return. This return process is long & exhausting but I do not want to keep items that don’t fit.”
