“Rompers are too short in body length. I have average length torso but even loosening the straps, which drops the bibs too low, still doesn't give me enough length n all the rompers, and I've ordered in M,L, n XL and all are same length n too tight in crotch. Disappointed!!!!”

“First and foremost I placed an order which took weeks to come . So I didn’t even need the outfits for vacation because it was too late . But when I returned home and packages finally arrived it looked like some one just had taken sewing lessons. There were stains on some of the items . They told me they don’t take returns in xl . Tried to compensate me with 5 coupon and I spent 127. 41 . I am filing a dispute with my bank because I return the items and they won’t refund me my money. I also had to pay for my own shipping label which cost me $18.00 to return the cheap merchadise . The only response you get is from face book periodically. They are a rip off .”
“The company forces postal service to not return packages and they leave shoes in large boxes and your clothing outside even in high theft areas in Chicago they don't issue refunds at all if items are missing when you get home. They show little care or concerns for consumers. Please don't shop with them unless u can wait ten days and know your mailman.”

Got my items, didn't like 2 of them and the other two were wrong size, so contacted to return but kept insisting on me keeping the items and them returning 10% of the order value, I kept saying I don't want them as they either don't fit or I don't like. This went on and then another CS agent asked the very first question that was asked "why am I returning?" carried this for 14 days and then tells about their return policy being 14 days so they cannot do anything. Disgraceful!”
“My package took 4 weeks to arrive even though based in the uk. The item was to small so not true to size I requested a return label which took 4 days to come after taking the item to the post office and providing a tracking number. They then said provide a pic of the tracking item no pic no refund took 4 attempts to get this over which I feel are delaying tactics. I am still awaiting a refund I will never use this company again”
“They will not provide a refund. They keep asking what was wrong over and over again until the return window has expired. Then they tell you your return window has expired,(due to their repeated delays) and you are not eligible for a refund. They suck.”
