“Don't waste your money and time!!! They can't be bothered. Twice that I have ordered from them there has been issue with delivery address. I know I put the correct address but it's like their site has issue with certain addresses outside China. I contact their team on WhatsApp and customer service online chat and I was given tracking number. 'Bella' from customer service wrote on live chat (implying) that i should not bother them any more With the tracking site, I can't contact the courier to give detailed delivery address. It's over a month.”

“Second time ordering for Chicme. It takes so long to receive your order that you almost forget that you ordered it! Secondly, sizes are NOT true to size! Prepare to order two sizes up in order for your garment to fit properly. I have had better sizing and shipping time with Shein.”
“I have used ChicMe 3 times and even though the clothes are great and are affordable, they are terrible for 2 reasons. 1) Firstly your order can take 3 months to get to you, so make sure if you are looking to use the outfit that you order months in advance. I learnt the hard way when I ordered for a trip and the clothes didnt arrive in time! 2) Secondly, Chicme will do everything they can to delay and avoid any returns and make it close to impossible to return the clothing in the allotted time.( You have 14 days to return any clothing but they only respond every 24 hours to your query and after 4 days I have yet to get an address to where I can return the clothing.) They derail your questions, try to offer 10% off to avoid difficult shipping charges, question your return reasons, etc. So right now, I am sitting with over $100 of clothing I will never be able to use and no where to return them to and no refund... Overall, the clothes are beautiful, but it's the fact that you can not get a refund on anything that will make me never use this site again!”
“Worst customer service completey. Totally rude, not reading my messages properly, telling me I have to sort the problem and them completely avoiding their responsibility. So I order over 100 euro worth and got it delivered. Fastway driver stated the package was delivered even though it was not, fastway then admitted to me that they delivered it to the wrong address. I was told I should check the other address it was sent to. Even though it is not my job to do this, I done it anyway, the other address said nothing was delivered. Chic me and fastway are trying to avoid taking responsibility for this issue making me the customer to do their jobs. Worse experience ever. I expect the company impurchasd my products from to ensure customer satisfaction, not pass the responsibility ontk the custkmer. the courier has blatantly addmitted delivering to the wrong address and expect me to chase around after it. Even though i have because of the amount I spent and found nothing was delivered. The company chic me should be sorting this with fastway, not me, and issuinv me a refund for my inconvenience. I've recently found temu a great place to buying the clothing quality is great and some items you sell temu have exactly the same item but quarter of your price and delivery is only 7days and tracking updates daily. “Scam .Chicme fashion is cheap poor quality from china .Really bad at giving returns. They have a two week policy, . UK trading standards 2015 says 30 days return.
Chicme fashion regularly creates delays on your return ....sku codes etc then to say your out of time . Yet they don't adhere to their own delivery promises 🤔 . My delivery was over a month late ,...customer service not helpful . Stay away .....very unhelpful”
“If I could give 0 star I would, I have been fighting with them for over a month now to get my refund on goods. They have no intention of refunding you, they steal your money. Send a return label that cannot be delivered to the return address as they have a message to Royal Mail, saying they have not to deliver to that address. So as the parcel cannot be delivered they say they can't refund you until they have received the parcel, which will never be delivered due to Royal Mail not being allowed to deliver to that address. Disgusting way to treat anyone. I have already contacted the Federal Trade Commission to start processes of stopping them trading in the UK. If anyone else has similar issues please contact them too. ftc.gov.uk”

After trying to offer partial refund and money off next order several times, have now mailed me a totally useless postage label which can’t be printed either by myself or the post office. “I ordered from this company and still have not received my items--although they debited my account day one! Trying to track the items is useless because the same dates appear on the website--it has been a few days shy of a month. I know the package is coming from overseas but I think there is an issue other than shipping. I have tried calling with no answer. I am giving it one more week and if the package does not arrive, I will petition my bank to refund my money. Everybody want's to get money but not give items on time. “If I could of given it a -10 I would have. I was skeptical about ordering from an over seas company. I had to replace one item that was no longer in stock. I read reviews before ordering from this company, I thought they were legit but don't think the could of been I spent just under $100.00 and everything I received was of such poor quality.
Nothing even like what was pictured. Was not going to stress out about how to return overseas so everything I received went straight into the donation box. If the prices are to good to be true, "They are"”
