“Do not even think about ordering from this site. Once you have ordered from ChicMe and wish to return after immediately after receiving, you have to if email a representative and request a return address label. Rather than sending you the label as requested, a representative will respond (via email) stating the they are willing to allow you to keep the items and offer you a 30% discount. So, you turn down the offer (via email) and again, you receive another response (via email) from the representative, again allowing you to keep the items but this time, a 50% discount is offered. While all of this emailing bath and forth is going on, ChicMe is apologizing for the inconvenience but also informing the customer that they hope that this issue can be resolved within the free return fourteen day time period. Since May 30, 2023, I have email this company on several occasions, requesting a return label. As of today, June 5,v 2023, I still have not received neither the information nor information regarding the return address. Also, if you do not accept their offer for a percentage discount to keep their clothing, the return of the merchandise will be a the customer’s expense.”

“I ordered a few items, including two dresses and a pantsuit. When I received my order, I didn’t receive my two dresses or pantsuit. I figured that it was going to be sent separately. I emailed them (which, by the way, customer service sucks). I explained to them that I didn’t receive everything. Show them pictures. I never received an invoice. I explained that to them, and they argued to tell me they sent it out together. Maybe someone had stolen it, or possibly my package was damaged, and my package was never damaged. I would never order from them again, and I still didn’t receive my items or my money back.”
“Very poor customer service. Attempting to get address for where to send items back that don’t fit only to constantly be offered discount on price. What use is it to keep items that don’t fit? I don’t want the items I just want to return them.”

They only want to give me 5% refund and keep the stuff that doesn’t fit. Then they said they don’t except returns on swimwears, lingerie, and bodysuits. In the advertisement it says they do returns. “The worse company I could ever do business with. They took my money never shipped my order and never sent an update. When I checked in I was told 2 of the 3 items were ready to ship but one was on back order and COULD be available in a week or so. I asked for a refund and was begged to let them keep my order and ship when ready and they would give 10% t use on the next order. When I disagreed I was disconnected from the chat on purpose by the rep. I will report all charges and this company wont exist any longer. How many people does it take before this company is shut down? Honestly we need to do better at reading reviews first then order not order then read. lesson learned quickly though.”
