“2 weeks ago I ordered clothes off of shein and chickme. the following week- Shein had the package delivered to my doorstep. It has now been 3 weeks and my chickme order is still in the "Processing" phase. In other words- it hasn't even been packaged yet. I contacted the customer service team about this and they blocked me from the service (I no longer have access to communication). I spent 100$ on my 3 dresses.”
“I ordered 2 shirts. It took almost a month to receive the order despite emailing them several times. When received, one of the shirts were too small. I immediately asked for a return and refund. First, they offered 10% and keep the shirt. I declined reminding them it doesn't fit. Then they offered 30% and keep the shirt. I declined stating I wanted my money back. Then I was told the return period expired May 6th. Despite them emailing me on May 7th the 30% offer. They don't offer a product that is worth the hassle of doing business with them. Save your money and peace of mind by shopping elsewhere.”

“Do not expect to get their "easy return" - They will waste so much of your time if you need to return and you'll have to be willing to invest hours to do enough complaining and slamming them on their websites to try to get the address to return to (and pay to send it) and then complain to the right places to get that refund - I think I've found one person in social media that was able to do it. ONE. I followed all instructions and they sent me TWO emails offering 10% of my money back for no good reason whatsoever. Plus, Shein sells many of the same things - cheaper no less - and the return process was easy. I'LL NEVER SHOP WITH CHIC ME EVER AGAIN.”
