I first order three different outfits, I received three of the same, and same size.
I reached out to make an exchange. I didn't get anywhere and the 14 day have passed.
I like the outfits and the material even though they are too large.
My second order, I placed the order for the same three items I ordered the first time, but a smaller size. I couldn't even try them on they were so small.
So now I'm trying to return the second order for a larger size .
Can't get anywhere. After talking with Customer Service via text, next I'm transferred to a form for me to pay $1 then $46 a month to assist me with my computer.”
“I placed 2 orders I did not receive. The shipping time frames are very long. I placed the order in October and I started following up since late January. March they inform me it's been too long and provided no tracking information saying they don't have it.”
“I bought a pair of black and gold sneakers, however, the quality was extremely cheap! The soles weren't even rubber, and the gold striped on the soles was painted on. I can tell that they will only last a few months at best. I've honestly never seen sneakers so cheaply made before.”
