It’s heartbreaking because they have such nice pics… but it wasn’t worth the aggravation. In the end I cancelled and went to SHEIN … 10 stars for SHEIN”
“Chic Me return policy is horrible. It take 4-5 weeks before you receive your merchandise but you have 14 days to respond if you need to return. If it take 30 days for us to get merchandise, customers should have at least 30 days to return. I spent over $200 the first order and I had to return about $150 for a bigger or smaller size. I request refund/exchange on the 18th day after delivery and they said I was too late. The best they can do was offer me $30 cash coupon. I have 8 item worth $150 that I can not wear, they are all packaged up. What a waste of my hard earn money. WTH...I will never order from here again.”
“I wish I had read these truthful reviews about this company before I placed my order on 2/14. I read "trust pilot" which I now know is pretty much USELESS. I don't know where they get their reviews. I placed order and have heard NOTHING. It is now 2/24 and the order update just shows "processing". You have no way to contact them and placing a "ticket" is a waste of time - just gives you a generic response. I'm OVER IT!!! I'm contacting my bank to stop payment.

“Nothing I ordered looked in person like it did in the pictures and my items took nearly 2 months to arrive! The items are of very poor quality especially for the price (Shien has much better products and prices).
I didn’t return anything or ask for a refund but I did leave poor reviews on their site. Eventually they emailed me asking if I would accept a partial refund to which I agreed. A few days later they emailed me again stating that I waited too long to “ask” for a refund.
I’ve since responded indicating that I never asked for a refund and that they reached out to me first. However whoever is answering the messages apparently barely understands English and keeps sending me the same response over and over. It’s exhausting! I wish that I never bought from them.”

“Fraud!! Fraud! Do NOT ORDER FROM CHIC! They sold me a defective item which was entirely too small! Despite their return policy, CHIC refused to refund THE FULL amount OF A $24.00 blazer, they refused to pay the shipping cost ($15.00) for the return for a $24.00 jacket. I SENT PICTURES OF THE MISSING stitching and they basically refused to refund the cost of the item and provide a shipping label. Pure evil and a complete rip off. I will be contacting my bank and every consumer agency to get all my money refunded. I was told to send copy of the receipt and a picture of the package which I did. Yet, now they are holding me responsible for sending a cheap, defective product back to them and still holding my money 5-7 days; despite what their return policy states. I have never dealt with such a deceptive company, this is a form of online credit card fraud and I am going to continue to fight for my money back. Do not order from this company! Once I tried them on several of them ran small for the size I ordered so I went online to request a return. The prompt would only let me mark return of the whole order, not individually items. So I emailed, waited for a response and they wanted the name, sku of each item. Which I got together and sent to them. They continued to request the information and I continued to tell them I had sent it. They said once received they would send an address for return. I continued to try and get this return handled but they would only send proof of their own responses to me.. so I made a copy of the whole conversation start to finish and it clearly said the dates and times on all the correspondence, yet they claim it was too late!!! They responded that my order was received on Jan 11 and I had to act within 14 days. I made my first contact JAN 23 - They claim it is too late to return. They never supplied an address and I sent them the feed including the info sku etc. and they still claimed it was too late.
JAN 11 -23. 23-11=12. 12 days. So their 14 day no hassle return policy is not so!!!
I told them to cancel my membership and I would not order again!!!!”
